If you want to travel to the International Space Station (ISS), you must do so through a Russian Soyuz capsule, the only way to get there now. But how should a flight be there? To give us an approximate idea, almost like a Hollywood movie, Sploid presents the video you can see at the beginning of this post. The entire flight from beginning to end, mounted through videos taken on the last flights.
The Soyuz program was created by Sergey Koroliov, the main designer of the Soviet space program during the space race. All Soyuz ships have been launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome, currently in Kazakhstan. After carrying out its mission, engaging in a space station, the Soyuz returns to Earth after slowing down its speed with the main engines. The return takes about half an hour.
